Last day of 2014!

Dress - boohoo.com; Necklace - shopsnob.com; Bag - asos.com; Shoes - makemechic.com; Ring - H&M, On my lips - Mac Flat out Fabulous with the Mac Magenta lip pencil

Good afternoon y'all!

2014 has been a year full of growth and change for me. Right from starting my own blog, to studying at London College of Fashion, to my own online e-commerce website. So many big life-changing things have happened this year, and I couldn't be happier. I've learnt from mistakes, worked harder and tried to get better every day! I've tried to do things I wouldn't normally do, and that has helped me grow so much. I'd like to thank every one of you who reads my blog and has supported me. Whether you've just come across my blog, or you've been there right from the beginning, your constant support and opinions keep me going.

Coming to the outfit, this is my last of the three looks for New Year's eve. I've been looking for the perfect velvet dress for as long as I can remember, and while browsing through boohoo.com, I came across this gorgeous maxi, and I couldn't help myself. Like I mentioned earlier, I shopped quite a bit from them during the Black Friday sales, and this dress was an absolute steal! Since my necklace is quite bold on it's own, I didn't want to go overboard with the accessories and just opted for one statement ring.

Now that you guys have seen all three looks, I'd love to know which one you like the most! I still haven't chosen an outfit for tonight, and maybe you'll could help me come to a decision?

Also, I hope that all of you have the most amazing year ahead, full of love and happiness! Let's make 2015 bigger and better, shall we?

2 days to 2015

Skirt - Boohoo; Top, Necklace, Ring - The Snob Shop; Bag - Aldo; Shoes - Tresmode; Blazer - Forever21

Hello everyone!

If you read yesterday's post, you'll know that I'm sharing three New Year's looks back-to-back to end the year. Since yesterday's look was more basic and simple, I went for something quite different today.

Many of us, including me, tend to opt for sequin for New Year's eve. And why not? It's the perfect occasion to wear all the bling in the world without anyone saying a thing! But since I've worn enough sequin before, I decided to go with a metallic skater skirt this time. I may not know what I'm wearing for New Year's eve, but one thing that I'm absolutely certain about is that I'll be wearing my Flat out Fabulous lipstick with the Magenta lip pencil. I don't think I've ever loved a lipstick so much!

I went for a black crop top and my favourite necklace from The Snob Shop (I have two favourites. You'll see the second one on the blog tomorrow!). I then finished the look with my magenta blazer and heels to balance the colour. I got these heels for my 18th birthday from Tresmode, and I still can't get over how amazing they are! My bag was another Black Friday buy, and I absolutely love it!

Wait for the last look coming here tomorrow!

3 days to 2015

Top - Boohoo; Jeans - Zara; Bag, Ring - The Snob Shop; Necklace - River Island; Shoes - Borrowed from Mom; On my lips - Mac Flat out Fabulous with the Mac Magenta lip pencil

If you happen to follow me on Instagram, you've probably noticed that I've been quite active on there recently, and on here too! Being on a break from college and assignments has given me a chance to put all my time and attention on blogging, and I'm loving every bit of it.

Every year I go out shopping to find the perfect outfit for New Year's eve, and I usually end up being unhappy with what I have. This year, I decided to come up with three outfits from stuff that I've bought a while back but haven't used yet. I'm a little confused about which one to wear, so I thought I'd share all three with you guys and get your opinions too!

For the first look, I chose something simple. I went on a Boohoo shopping spree this Black Friday, and one of the things I picked up was this top. I think it's perfect for dinner or date night, and if I plan on doing something simple this year, I could go for this look. Since the outfit is pretty simple for New Year's eve, I added a statement necklace and black pumps.

Come back here tomorrow for my second outfit, and don't forget to tell me what you think of this look!

Being fancy this party season!

I'm all about the festive/holiday season. Not only is it the best time of the year weather-wise, but also, it's the perfect excuse to make use of all the bling and glitter from your closet! I try to have my outfit decided and ready before time, but every year, it's usually a last minute decision! If you're anything like me, you probably don't know what you're wearing for New Year's Eve yet either! So I went through fancypantsthestore.com and came up with two different looks you could opt for this year.

LOOK 1
Be Fierce. Be Fancy.

Skirt, Blazer, Necklace, Rings - FancyPants; Heels - Makemechic

This would be my go-to look. It's the only time of the year I can wear the boldest outfit and get away with it, and I'd love to take full advantage of that! While styling this look, I began with this black and gold sequin skirt, and then moved on to the black sequin blazer. I wasn't sure whether to opt for earrings or a necklace, but this necklace made a statement of it's own, and the look needed nothing else. I then finished the look with my boldest lipstick. If you're not afraid to go all the way with bling, this look would be perfect for you! The stuff I've styled in this look is a preview of their upcoming collection, which also includes a bodycon dress just like the skirt!

LOOK 2
Be Timeless. Be Fancy.

Dress, Ring, Earrings (gold available here) - FancyPants; Heels - old (borrowed from mom)

This one's for those of you who prefer the classic red dress over all the glitter and sequins! I'm never the kind to choose red as my first option, but I absolutely fell in love with the style of this cape dress. The sleeves add that perfect edge to a classic look, and that little amount of sparkle on the collar make it just right for a party or even a dinner. The emerald ring, earrings and pumps just added more elegance to the outfit. You can't really go wrong with this one if you're looking for simplicity and elegance with a hint of chic.

So which one are you? Fierce or Timeless? Head over to fancypantsthestore.com and you're bound to find something perfect for you this holiday season. They have everything under one roof, right from clothes to accessories to heels that won't really burn a hole in your pocket either! Stay tuned for their upcoming collection, which includes some super stylish party clothing perfect for this season.

I'd love to know what you thought of the looks and which one's your favourite!

Merry Christmas!

Dress - Boohoo; Sling, Bracelet, Sunglasses - The Snob Shop; Shoes - Forever21

Once again, Merry Christmas guys! In my previous post, I've shared my Christmas eve look with you guys, and here I'm sharing what I wore today.

I had bought a Christmas jumper that I planned on wearing on Christmas (will share a picture of it soon on Instagram & Facebook), but this dress caught my eye on Boohoo, and I changed my mind. It's a night lounge dress with a hood, but I couldn't think of a reason to not wear it in the day! The colour was undoubtedly perfect for Christmas, and the gold additions to the look made it really festive. I added a spiked sling for a little edge, and finished the look with the Velvet Teddy lipstick, which I'm totally obsessed with right now!

You can find my previous post here, and don't forget to tell me what you think of this look!
